We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase so if you have a problem with any products please contact our sales department in the first instance, within 7 calendar days of receipt. We can then discuss the best course of action for the return, credit or replacement of items. We are unable to accept returns without prior agreement and an official Javelin returns note. Returns cost are not covered by ourselves.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it then notify you on the status of your refund. Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition in the original packaging or any refund may be subject to a restocking fee. If your return is approved we will initiate the refund (minus carriage dependant) to your debit/credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 days dependant on your card issuers policy.
Any goods which have been delivered damaged must be signed for as damaged and ourselves notified within 7 days of receipt, otherwise no claims can be accepted.
You may cancel the order before the seller sends the goods. Incase the seller has already sent the order you will need to request for returns and refund.
