Compression reducing couplers are available from 20mm to 110mm for use with MDPE, HDPE and LDPE pipe. Great quality WRAS approved fittings with a working pressure of up to 16 bar. Features a special profile O-ring, that does not fall out on fitting and will not twist when inserting pipe also creating a perfectly watertight seal.

Compression reducing couplers are easy and quick to install, highly robust and strong, made from Polypropylene allowing them to stand up to tough working conditions. Suitable for outdoor use in direct sunlight and frost proof.

Maximum Working Pressure of 16 bar/240 psi and Maximum Working Temperature  80°C/176°F

WRAS approval is required for any water fitting which will receive and carry water from the public mains supply, these must comply with British regulations and Scottish Bylaws. This is a certificate to demonstrate that the product does not contaminate, waste and is “of an appropriate quality and standard” which satisfies the requirement of the regulations and bylaws.
