The galvanised steel Bauer type fittings are widely used in the agricultural and construction industry. The couplings are used in a variety of water related applications including irrigation and the pumping and transferring of waste water/slurry.
A cost effective method providing a quick and easy way to join many lengths of hose together swiftly and effortlessly with a few simple hand movements they can be coupled/uncoupled – no tools required.
Pipework can be connected even if the couplings are not aligned as the ball and socket principle allows, in most sizes, for a 30° articulation in all directions, when using the Bauer system.
Bauer compatible fittings give a positive connection that is suction and pressure tight up to 20bar.
